The frozen semen from the stallion Diamant de Semilly is sold by SCEA Levallois Haras de Semilly

on the following conditions

• The semen is sold at $ 3,500.00 for (1) one straw of frozen semen. 1 straws is a suggested dose size.
• Each straw of frozen semen contains at least 300 mio TNB (Total Number of Mobile Semen), a quality guarantee that guarantees the breeder that one straw contains enough mobile cells for one insemination
• In the event that the breeder gets more than one mare in foal with the obtained straw, the breeder shall notify  SCEA Levallois Haras de Semilly of such gestations and will be charged an amount of $ 3,500.00 for each resulting extra foal born.
• In the event that more than one foal is born as a result of inseminations with the one obtained straw of semen and the breeder fails to notify SCEA Levallois Haras de Semilly  thereof, the breeder will forfeit a fine of $ 6,000.00 for each of such extra foals.
• When the buyer sells the semen to a third party, the buyer will be liable for the implementation of this contract   by the third party, in failure of which the buyer will be obliged to pay the amount charged for the born extra foal(s) himself.
• The semen will be dispatched after payment of the invoice amount and after SCEA Levallois Haras de Semilly has received the signed sales contract.
• This contract confirms 1 or more straws of DIAMANT DE SEMILLY semen for $ 3,500.00       1 straw entitles 1 covering certificate, so a maximum of 1 foal born. If 1 straw gives more than 1 foal born, there will be additional costs of $ 3,500.00 per each additional live foal, derived from the use of this straw, immaterial of when, for whom and where it is achieved.
• All frozen semen is sold per individual straw or Dose.
• All prices are exclusive VAT, transport cost and health papers.
• The transportation of the semen is at the buyers own risk.
• Full payment is required of both the stud fee and shipment costs prior to dispatch.
• We give no guarantee for a in foal mare.
• The mare will be inseminated on cost and risk of the owner.
• It’s not allowed to resale any straws without a written commitment from SCEA Levallois Haras de Semilly. Attempted fraud committed by the mare owner is punishable by an unconditional fine of $ 20,000.00 per attempt, irrespective of the payable stud fee as well as legal actions against the seller of the semen.
• At all times keep the breeding conditions in force and the buyer remains responsible for compliance.
• By ordering and buying semen, the mare owner declares to have taken cognizance of these conditions and declares to fully agree with these services and payment conditions, as well as with the stud fees.
• It’s not allowed to use the straws for ICSI (intracytoplasmatische semen-injection)
• Under no circumstances the use of that semen for ICSI is allowed. Any attempt of misuse of semen will be punished with a minimum fine of $ 20,000.00 and legal actions against the user of the semen.
