Buyer:

The frozen semen from the stallion Jameson RS2 is sold by Hengstenstation van Uytert B.V. on the following conditions

The semen is sold at one dose of frozen semen.
Each dose of frozen semen contains at least 300 mio TNB (Total Number of Mobile Semen), a quality guarantee that guarantees the breeder that one dose contains enough mobile cells for one insemination
In the event that the breeder gets more than one mare in foal with the one obtained dose, the breeder shall notify Hengstenstation van Uytert B.V. of such gestations and will be charged an amount of $ 1,875.00 for each resulting extra foal born.
In the event that more than one foal is born as a result of inseminations with the one obtained dose of semen and the breeder fails to notify Hengstenstation van Uytert B.V. thereof, the breeder will forfeit a fine of $ 3,000.00 for each of such extra foals.
When the buyer sells the semen to a third party, the buyer will be liable for the implementation of this contract by the third party, in failure of which the buyer will be obliged to pay the amount charged for the born extra foal(s) himself.
The semen will be dispatched after payment of the invoice amount and after Hengstenstation van Uytert B.V. has received the signed sales contract.

For agreement,

This contract needs to be sent back to info@globalequinesires.com after it has been signed by the seller.
