It’s not allowed to use the ICSI straw (intracytoplasmatische semen-injection) for commercial resale. Only the purchasers mare can be used for that ICSI procedure.
Attempted fraud committed by the mare owner is punishable by an unconditional fine of €5000 (excl. 21% VAT) per attempt, irrespective of the payable stud fee.
