Blue Hors Emilio has in all respects full filled our expectations. He developes so well that we have high expectations of him, both for breeding and for sport. Emilio succeeded with a very good result for his 35-day test, in which he showed his particularly good ‘rideability’ and no weaknesses.

Blue Hors Emilio is by dressage phenomenon Escolar, who with his fantastic gaits and high riding ability, drew attention to himself at a very young age by winning the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf both as a 3-year-old and as a 4-year-old! He was in a class of his own, gaining top marks of 10 for both trot and canter! Escolar e. Escobar NRW represents the very valuable E line that has produced top horses in the Westphalia region for many generations. The E line guarantees ride-worthy, hardy horses that are able to meet the requirements for a modern day riding horse. Sire Escolar won in 2017, ridden by Hubertus Schmidt, a qualification for the Nürnberger Burgpokal final and ended on second place in the final in Frankfurt.

In 2010, the dam of Emilio, La Fraviata e. Laurides Crusador xx, was named as best half-bred mare at “Herwert v. d. Decken Schau” in connection with the WCYH in Verden. The thoroughbred stallion Lauries Crusador xx has had the greatest influence on warm-blood breeding for many years. With almost 50 licensed stallions, more than 120 elite status mares and a large number of competition horses of the highest calibre, this amazing English thoroughbred stallion has left a huge stamp as a producer of dressage horses. 

Grand-dam Helena, by the Trakehner stallion Hohenstein, is also the mother of the Celle stallion Retoucher e. Rotspon. From the dam line of Hann. Line 272 consists of twelve licensed stallions including Coconut Dream e. Cassini II, Don’s Beau e. Don Marcello, Razzini e. Regazzoni, etc. This also includes several S-horses such as Sancerre, Woody Allen, High Stones Beauty, Rodina W and Maizauber.
