Provided with an exceptional charisma, Foundation has big movement, with his hindquarters working perfectly under the centre of gravity, a wonderful uphill canter and a fantastic temperament. He finished his 30-day-test in Schlieckau with dream marks between 9 and 10. In 2013, after many wins in L level dressage classes, he qualified for the German national championships in Warendorf.
In 2016, he achieved his international break-through: With Matthias Alexander Rath, he is constantly victorious and highly placed at Prix St. Georges and Intermédiaire I level, for example in Jerez de la Frontera (ESP), Nice (FRA), Majorca (ESP) and Wiesbaden (GER). In 2012, Foundation was awarded with the main premium Ia of stallions with an emphasis on dressage in Vechta.
Numerous descendants were sold for top prices at foal auctions in Vechta and Verden. Meanwhile, 13 sons have been licensed with some particularly distinguished as premium stallions. With his first offspring frequently victorious in ridden and dressage horse competitions, Foundation has already sired numerous highly placed German national championship finalists. The licensed Feuertanz was the 2016 Hanoverian Champion of three-year-old stallions in Verden, Ferrari was Oldenburg Champion of four-year-old stallions in Rastede and sold for the price of 1.5 million euros, the PSI price record of the year. His daughter Feel Free won the Ic prize in the Brillantring of the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show. Foundation also managed a dream start in the FN breeding value estimation index: 168 points means the significant fourth place across Germany.
His sire Fidertanz, glorious champion of the NRW-licensing 2004, is successful up to Grand-Prix and has sired 52 licensed sons so far. Foundation is the full brother of the licensed stallions Fiderstar (finalist at the German national championships 2011) and Flavio Briatore (premium sire Verden 2014, selling price 270.000 Euro). He stems from the Hanoverian mare family 569/Paninka, from which come 45 licensed sons and, amongst others, Isabell Werth´s Apache, multiple Grand Prix winner, as well as the internationally successful Albertino/Lars Nieberg, Cheyenne 29/Rene Tebbel and The Sixth Sense/Thomas Frühmann. Grand dam Weniga produced the winner of 17 advanced level/S level competitions Queeny, who is successful with Victoria Michalke in Grand Prix competitions as well as the winner of St. Georges, Lord/Kathleen Keller.
