The frozen semen from the stallion Connect is sold by Reesink Stallions B.V. on the following conditions

• The semen is sold as Contract for (3) three doses of frozen semen.
• Each dose of frozen semen contains at least 300 mio TNB (Total Number of Mobile Semen), a quality guarantee that guarantees the breeder that one dose contains enough mobile cells for one insemination
• Per lot of (3) three doses one insemination certificate will be supplied.
• First Shipment will contain 2 Doses.
• If a third dose is needed extra S&H need to be paid to GES before shipping.
• In the event that the breeder gets more than one mare in foal with the three obtained doses, the breeder shall notify Reesink Stallions B.V.  of such gestations and will be charged an amount of 75% stud fee for each resulting extra foal born.
• In the event that more than one foal is born as a result of inseminations with the three obtained doses of semen and the breeder fails to notify  Reesink Stallios B.V. thereof, the breeder will forfeit a fine of $ 6,000.00 for each of such extra foals.
• When the buyer sells the semen to a third party, the buyer will be liable for the implementation of this contract by the third party, in failure of which the buyer will be obliged to pay the amount charged for the born extra foal(s) himself.
• The semen will be dispatched after payment of the invoice amount and after Reesink Stallions B.V. has received the signed sales contract.
• We give no guarantee for a in foal mare.
• The mare will be inseminated on cost and risk of the owner.
• It’s not allowed to resale any straws without a written commitment from Reesink Stallions B.V.. Attempted fraud committed by the mare owner is punishable by an unconditional fine of $ 20,000.00 per attempt, irrespective of the payable stud fee as well as legal actions against the seller of the semen.
• At all times keep the breeding conditions in force and the buyer remains responsible for compliance.
• By ordering and buying semen, the mare owner declares to have taken cognizance of these conditions and declares to fully agree with these services and payment conditions, as well as with the stud fees.
• It’s not allowed to use the straws for ICSI (intracytoplasmatische semen-injection)
• Under no circumstances the use of that semen for ICSI is allowed. Any attempt of misuse of semen will be punished with a minimum fine of $ 20,000.00 and legal actions against the user of the semen.
